A campaign in which we use data to extract the messages that customers leave
the bank on their social networks, and from them, build a very special story.
FILM
This short film was directed by Dani de la Orden, a well-known Spanish director recognized for his romantic comedies.
The script, written by Daniel González, was based entirely on social media messages from customers to the bank — both positive and negative.
As a result, all the users who appeared in the short film also became part of the script itself. Here you can see a bit more about the process.
